Credabl Whitehead Legal Random Draw Competition: Terms & Conditions
*These Terms & Conditions govern the Credabl Whitehead Legal Random Draw Competition (the “Competition”) being conducted by Credabl Pty Ltd ACN 615 968 100, Australian Credit Licence No. 499547 (“Credabl”). Entry to the competition is open only to Lincoln Institute Omega Summit 2024 event attendees. To participate in the Competition, eligible persons must complete the contact form on https://www.credabl.com.au/credabl-whiteheadlegal and fill out the form. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Competition is open from Thursday 13 June 7:30am AEST to Friday 14 June 2024 4:30pm AEST and entries outside this period will not be accepted. The winner will be determined by random draw conducted by Credabl. There must be a minimum of 10 entries for the prize to be awarded. The prize is a $500 RM Williams voucher (valued at $500). The winner will be notified and contacted on the contact details provided to claim their prize. The prize must be taken as offered and is nonrefundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other goods and services. The prize must be claimed within 5 working days of notification to the winner.
** By submitting the form below, you consent to Credabl collecting your information and disclosing it to the third party partner Whitehead Legal. Credabl and Whitehead Legal are independent third parties and are each contributing to the cost of this sponsorship. If you choose to purchase products or services through one company, then the other is not a party to that contract and you will have no right of action against the other company for any breach of that contract. Neither party makes any representations or warranties about the suitability of the products offered or provided by the others. Credabl reserves the right to withdraw the Competitions at any time without reason or notification.
