Credabl Whitehead Legal Random Draw Competition: Terms & Conditions
*These Terms & Conditions govern the Credabl Whitehead Legal Random Draw Competition (the “Competition”) being conducted by Credabl Pty Ltd ACN 615 968 100, Australian Credit Licence No. 499547 (“Credabl”). Entry to the competition is open only to Lincoln Institute Omega Summit 2025 event attendees. To participate in the Competition, eligible persons must complete the contact form on https://www.credabl.com.au/credabl-whiteheadlegal and fill out the form. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Competition is open from Thursday 19 June 7:30am AEST to Saturday 21 June 2024 4:30pm AEST and entries outside this period will not be accepted. The winner will be determined by random draw conducted by Credabl and Whitehead Legal. There must be a minimum of 10 entries for the prize to be awarded. The prize is a $500 RM Williams voucher (valued at $500). The winner will be notified and contacted on the contact details provided to claim their prize. The prize must be taken as offered and is nonrefundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other goods and services. The prize must be claimed within 5 working days of notification to the winner.
