Credabl successfully completes third public term ABS transaction, raising A$500 million and broadening investor participation

Credabl is pleased to announce the successful completion of its third public term asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction, raising A$500 million.

Building on the success of Credabl ABS 2025-1, this latest transaction further broadens the company's funding base and reinforces the growing confidence of both domestic and international investors in Credabl's portfolio, underwriting standards and long-term growth strategy.
The transaction is backed by a diversified portfolio of loans including commercial real estate (practice premises), equipment, goodwill (practice purchase), escrow facilities, overdraft facilities, fitouts and motor vehicles, originated for Australian medical, dental, veterinary and allied healthcare professionals.

The transaction represents another significant milestone in Credabl's wholesale funding strategy, providing increased capacity to support the growing finance needs of healthcare professionals across Australia.

Dennis Koh, Chief Strategic Growth Officer and Treasurer, said the transaction demonstrates continued investor confidence in the quality and performance of Credabl's portfolio.

"Successfully raising A$500 million and attracting continued support from both domestic and international investors is a significant endorsement of Credabl’s specialised business model, the quality of our asset base and the attractive long-term fundamentals of the healthcare sector. Broadening our investor base and capital markets presence has been an important part of our growth journey."

"The strong demand we received reflects the quality of our underlying assets and the confidence investors have of the Credabl platform, demonstrating confidence in both our business and model and funding strategy."
